Squid in Chili Bean Paste

Ingredients
500g squid, cleaned and cut into thick rings
3 tbsp bean paste (Taucu)
1 onion, chopped finely
3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
2 red chilies, chopped finely
2 green chilies, chopped finely
1 tsp tamarind paste
2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk
½ cup water
Salt to taste

Heat 3 tbsp oil, sauté bean paste, onion and garlic till fragrant. Add in red and green chili, tamarind paste, sugar and water.
Bring it to a boil, then add in squid and MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk. Once squid changes color, season it with salt and turn off heat.
Chef's Tip:
Avoid overcooking squid as it will turn tough.
