Roasted Chicken Drumstick with Garlic

Ingredients
4 pcs drumstick chicken whole leg
1½ tbsp fine salt
2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
10 garlic with skin
200ml MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk
1 tsp cornflour
Salt and white pepper to taste

Pre-heat the oven at 200°C. Lined the baking tray with aluminium foil.
Rub salt onto the chicken and place it in the baking tray with garlics. Drizzle the melted butter or olive oil onto the chicken and garlic. Cover the tray with aluminium foil and roast for 15 minutes at 200°C.
Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C and remove the aluminium foil and brush some olive oil or butter and roast for 30 minutes. Once golden brown, remove it from the oven and let it rest.
For the gravy: mashed the roasted garlic. Heat the pot and put MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk, salt and white pepper. Then mix it with the crushed garlic and thicken the sauce with cornstarch.
Serve the chicken with the sauce and salad on the side.
