Garlic prawns

Ingredients
100ml MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk
2 level tsp cornflour
(combine)
400g medium-sized prawns, trimmed
6 cloves garlic, chopped finely
3 tbsp butter
Some cooked pasta of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish:
Fresh basil leaves

Heat 5 tbsp of oil in a pan. Pan-fry prawns in a single layer till it changes color. Remove prawns to a side plate.
Heat another pan, put in butter and garlic, and cook for a minute. Add in MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk mixture and cook until it thickens. Add in prawns and cook until mixture is heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve garlic prawns with pasta on the side. Garnish dish with some fresh basil leaves.
For richer taste, sprinkle some grated parmesan over dish.
