Semperit Cookies

Ingredients
2 tbsp MARIGOLD Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk
250g butter/margarine
95g caster sugar
1 large egg yolk
3 tsp vanilla essence
¼ tsp fine salt
A few drops of red colouring
Flour mixture:
260g plain flour
120g corn flour
60g custard flour

Pre-heat oven to 160 ° C and cover baking tray with parchment paper
For biscuit dough, mix butter or margarine, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla essence and MARIGOLD Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk until light and fluffy. Add in sifted flour mixture and mixed well.
For red dough, Spoon out 6 tablespoon mixture and add a few drops of red colouring. Fill red mixture into a pipping bag fitted with a small star nozzle and set it aside.
Use a semperit mould or star nozzle fitted into a pipping bag to make semperit shape cookies.
Decorate cookies with red dough mixture and bake it in preheated oven for 12 minutes.
Cookie dough can be prepared a day before baking.
