Ingredients

  • 1 can (390g) MARIGOLD Evaporated Creamer

  • 100ml thick concentrated orange cordial (sunquick)

  • 250ml water

  • 100ml honey

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients together and mixed well.

  2. Pour into 8 lollies mould and freeze it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

  3. Run it over tap water to help remove lolly from mould. Serve immediately.

Chef's Tip:

Sugar syrup can replace honey, using the same amount. 300ml water cook with 300g sugar. Keep remaining sugar syrup for other uses.
