Easy Log Cake

Ingredients
3 eggs
75g castor sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted
70g plain flour, sifted
Ingredients for cream cheese mixture:
125g cream cheese
40g icing sugar
2 tbsp MARIGOLD Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted

Preheat oven to 180ÂșC. Lightly grease a 23cm x 30cm Swiss roll baking tray.
Beat eggs with castor sugar until creamy and thick. Fold in flour and cocoa powder. Gently mix it in with a spoon. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
Place a greaseproof paper on a tabletop, turn cake onto the paper. Trim off crusty edges.
Place another piece of paper over the top of the cake and roll it up. Leave the cake to cool fully.
Combine cream cheese ingredients together. Beat until smooth. Unroll the cake, spread a thin layer of cheese and roll it up tightly.
Add in the cocoa powder to the remaining cheese mixture. Use it to cover the cake roll and make tree bark designs using a fork and decorate as desired.
Store-bought sponge cake mix can also be used. Follow instructions on the packet.
