Hot Cocoa Drink with Melted Chocolate
Ingredients
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
ΒΌ cup sugar
1 cup MARIGOLD Evaporated Full Cream Milk
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla essence
Some chopped milk chocolate

Mix sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl.
Heat water and MARIGOLD Evaporated Full Cream Milk to scald milk. Mix 1/3 cup of it into the cocoa mixture to dissolve sugar and cocoa.
Pour the dissolved cocoa mixture back into the milk mixture and stir till it is well blended. Add in vanilla essence and turn off heat.
Put a few pieces of chopped milk chocolate into hot cocoa drink and serve.
Chef's Tip:
This drink is also good to be served chilled by adding ice cubes.
